Strategy: 

  • Developed a self-serve database that housed customer success points in various forms (case studies, testimonials, statistics, logos, etc.) that mapped to products offered and industry verticals served 

  • Identified customers that leveraged multiple products and amplified their stories at events, through earned media, and across owned channels

Results: 

  • Increased year-over-year demand and revenue by landing customer to customer references and developing evidence that was leveraged in sales enablement efforts and integrated marketing campaigns 

  • Increased brand awareness by securing customers to co-present at notable events, e.g. secured Owens Corning to speak to how a collaborative partnership and multifaceted engagement with Convoy products advanced their logistic strategy
